I love Novo, I have used this business bank account since 2020. You do need to register for an EIN to apply for an account. Visit the IRS website for yours! You do not need to be incorporated to do so. My most favorite feature is the invoice feature. If you received an invoice from me and were impressed, I have Novo to thank for that!
I do charge by the hour for some services. I used to write down the time I started and then tried to keep track of it manually but it became too difficult to manage. This tracker helps me keep accurate time and ensure that I am honest with my time. My favorite feature is the reporting feature where you can see how much time you have put in for one client and per project.
